One honest conversation first
A Zoom or phone call. Tell Mike what's going on. He listens before he speaks.
A clear sense of next step
The conversation surfaces what God is doing. If there's a clear next step — formation work, a book, a season — Mike says so.
Follow-on work if it's right
If a longer formation path makes sense, Mike will name it. If it doesn't, he'll say that too.
